About Our Team:

Rafael Estevez earned his B.S. in Forestry from North Carolina State University in 2005 graduating top of his class. Currently, he is pursuing a M.S. in Forestry with an Economics minor at North Carolina State University. Rafael is knowledgeable and professionally trained in proper tree care, pruning methods, landscape installation and maintenance. He also has a strong background in forest management and ecology, native plants, soils, sustainability, and forest economics. Mr. Estevez is an avid organic gardener and grows a wonderful garden each year in which he shares his produce with family, friends, neighbours, and the local wildlife.

Paul Welch is pursuing a B.S. in Biology at North Carolina State University and has a passion for the outdoors and plant life. He has been professionally trained in different aspects of landscape installation and maintenance and adds additional integrity, honesty, dependability, and strong work ethic to our team.
